POLLACK APARTMENT
Pollack apartment is first floor of a newly constructed building, in a style very much in keeping with the district, with the traditional central yard. The apartment consists of a living/dining room complete with a double sofa bed, a twin bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom with shower.
The district
The district of Cuatro Caminos is located only 10 mins walking distance from the business areas of Castellana, AZCA, Bernabeu and Nuevos Ministerios. These areas are filled with bars and restaurants, as well as the Orense retail centre. It is also very close to Plaza de Castilla, another business area. The district has a very multicultural flavour with many small independent shops. Furthermore, it is very well connected to the historical city centre, not only by Metro but also by bus. Likewise, the Madrid Barajas Airport and the train station of Charmartín are within easy reach. The district plays host to one of the most typical retail centres of Madrid, namely the Mercado Maravillas. The so called green lung of the area, the Dehesa de La Villa, is also located close by.
