Luxury apartment, newly refurbished, spacious, with 2 bedrooms and 1 office, two bathrooms and a modern lounge. It has a large sofa, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, wine bar, tv and dvd. The furniture is exclusively designed for this rental unit. Located near the old Mercado de Abasto (rehabilitated in the early 90s, has become a modern acualidad sports complex with public swimming pools), 10 minutes from Valencia'S historic center, well connected with public transport (metro and bus) with any part of the city. It can accommodate up to 5 people and the price including the garage.
• The owner will contact you to request a reservation of 30% by bank transfer. A copy of the bank receipt must be sent to us by fax or email. The reservation can not be confirmed until we have received the bank receipt. Any transfer costs are to be met by the client and may under no circumstances be deducted from the total amount payable.

• The remaining 70% is to be paid in cash to our agents on arrival at the apartment, at which point the keys will be handed over.
• After we received the booking payment, we will confirm it by email, and the client has to fill it with the arrival time at the apartment 2 days before the entrance.
• On arrival at the apartment, in addition to making the required payment, the client is requested to make a deposit of 150 Euros as a guarantee against possible breakages. This amount will be returned in full when the client departs.
• The deposit will be retained, either in part or in full, in the case of damage or breakages caused by the client to the apartment or its fixtures and fittings.
